Get personal guidance on using AI in your business, then put it into practice on work that matters to you.
For an owner, founder, or leader who wants to solve one real business problem and build practical AI skills along the way.
We start with what you're trying to accomplish, not with the technology. I listen to how the work happens today, look for what's getting in the way, and help you decide where AI will help and where something else is the better fix.
We begin by understanding the challenge and choosing a result that fits the engagement. That might be training materials built from your knowledge, a repeatable process for client follow-up, or a first version of an idea you can show your team.
As we develop it, you learn how to give AI context, refine requests, question assumptions, and judge the work AI produces. I adapt the teaching to your starting point and how you learn.
You bring relevant examples from your work, take part in the sessions, and practice between them. We agree on the scope and schedule before starting. Additional workflows, substantial development, integrations, and team training receive separate quotes. Any software or travel costs are identified in the proposal.
Talk through your challengeHelp the people doing the work understand and use the new tools or process. We connect the training to their roles, give them time to practice, and use their feedback to improve how the process fits into their day.
The scope can include guidance on approved uses, checking AI's work, and when to ask for help. Training is quoted for the audience, preparation, and delivery involved.
Keep a thinking partner who understands your business as new questions and priorities come up. We can review an approach, work through a sticking point, or decide what is worth doing next. Monthly support is scoped to an agreed agenda. Larger projects have their own proposals.
Give your group a practical introduction to AI through examples relevant to their work. Sessions are tailored to the audience and quoted separately.
