AI strategy and team training in Alexandria, Pineville and Central Louisiana

In-person help using AI, for owners in Alexandria, Pineville and the rest of Central Louisiana. I'm Daniel Condell, an AI Strategist who lives in Alexandria. We meet at your office to work out where AI can help first, then I teach your staff on site.

Where might I have seen you around Central Louisiana?

    • LSUA, Alexandria. At LSUA's first AI Summit, in March 2026, I led a workshop. My slides and prompts are on the LSUA resources page.
    • Louisiana SBDC at LSUA. On April 1, 2026, I taught "The AI Stack: From Prompt to Output" to small business owners. The resources are on the SBDC page.
    • Louisiana Christian University, Pineville. On Sept. 10, across the Red River, I joined a student panel on what AI can't replace. LCU's write-up quotes me on what employers look for: "They want to know you can think critically and can question the machine."
    • Louisiana Central. Five days later I taught a class for its Business Acceleration System on the three things I wish I'd known when I started with AI.
    • Rotary Club of Alexandria. On Oct. 20 I gave members three things to start that night: give the tool your own material before you ask, start with the thing you explain over and over, and write down what it costs you today. The take-home guide is on the Rotary page.

Next is a nonprofit AI workshop with the Central Louisiana Community Foundation on Oct. 28, 2026. Other dates are on Talks and workshops.

Who do you work with here?

I work with owner-run businesses in Central Louisiana, from solo owners to firms with a staff. One is an event venue owner. She was paying an outside provider every month for marketing work she'd rather run herself. We're building it together, so she owns it and knows how to change it. That work is still in progress.

A workshop attendee from LSUA described her own results this way:

"The skills learned have cut my production time in half not only with what AI is capable of, but what I am capable of while applying it."

    Christy Bond, LSUA workshop attendee

Can I see how you teach before hiring you?

Yes. My workshops through the SBDC at LSUA and local business groups teach a room of owners the basics. They're an easy way to hear how I explain things and ask a question or two. Paid work starts when you want help on your own business's problem.

    Can we meet in person?

I meet owners at their office in Alexandria, Pineville and around Central Louisiana. Team training can happen on site, with staff working on their own tasks at their own desks. If part of your team works somewhere else, those people can join online.

How does a first project start?

    1. A 30-minute call. Tell me what keeps going wrong.
    2. A visit. I learn how the work happens today: who does each step, and what lives only in someone's head.
    3. One change. We pick it together and build the first version.
    4. Training at your office. Your staff learn it on their own tasks, with me in the room.

My step-by-step method is on AI training for teams. For the statewide picture, see AI training in Louisiana.

    Book a call with Dan

Bring the one thing that keeps going wrong. The call is 30 minutes, and if it's a fit, the next step is a visit.

Questions owners in Central Louisiana ask

Who can help my small business use AI in Alexandria, Louisiana?

I'm Daniel Condell of DGC Strategy, an AI Strategist who lives in Alexandria. I meet owners in person, start with one problem, then train and coach the team on it. The Louisiana SBDC at LSUA also runs small-business workshops, and I've taught there.

    Are you an AI coach?

My title is AI Strategist, and coaching is one of the ways I work. I stay with the owner and the team while they learn to run what we built and check its output. If you searched for an AI coach in Alexandria, you can meet me face to face.

Do you work with businesses in Pineville?

Yes. I work with owners on both sides of the Red River, and I've spoken at Louisiana Christian University in Pineville. Meetings and team training can happen at your office.

Do you work with nonprofits in Central Louisiana?

I do. On Oct. 28, 2026, I lead an AI workshop for nonprofit staff, directors and board members with the Central Louisiana Community Foundation. A nonprofit team can also bring one problem to a first call.

What does AI training in Alexandria cost?

I price a project once I understand it, so that conversation starts on the first call. Team size and what we build drive the fee.
