I give talks and hands-on workshops for chambers, business groups, schools, associations and company leaders planning a session for staff. I'm Daniel Condell, an AI Strategist and the founder of DGC Strategy. The sessions cover where AI fits in a business and how to get good work out of it.

I also appear on AI expert panels and masterminds.

For a workshop, I ask the host for four things: promotion and registration, the right audience, a room with wifi and a screen, and a way for attendees to opt in to follow-up materials.
I have a background in sales and marketing. In early 2024 I started working with ChatGPT and created my first automation, which cut my prep and follow-up time from 2.5 hours to 10 minutes. I was hooked. Since founding DGC Strategy in January 2026, I've worked with business owners and their teams across the country. More is on About, and my writing is on the blog.
If your group wants training built around one company's own problem, that's a different engagement: see AI training for teams and Work with Dan. Louisiana groups can also see AI training in Louisiana and AI training in Alexandria. Industry groups may find the pages for CPA firms, dental practices and law firms useful.
Check a date and talk through who will be in the room. The call is 30 minutes.
I speak on practical AI for business owners and their teams: where AI fits in a business and how to get answers that fit yours. Current sessions include "Three Things I Wish I Knew About AI" and "AI for Small Business Owners: Where to Start."
Yes. I ask who will be in the room and what work they do, then build the examples from that work. The nonprofit edition of "Three Things I Wish I Knew About AI" uses grant narratives, donor letters, board reports and volunteer scheduling.
Yes. Podcasts and virtual sessions work from anywhere, and I work with business owners across the country. Ask about in-person travel when you book.
Talks and workshops are for teaching, and nothing taught requires buying anything. Help with one company's own problem is separate paid work, and I keep the two apart.
It depends on the event and the prep involved. We can talk through dates and terms on a short call.
