AI strategy and team training for Louisiana businesses

I help Louisiana business owners get their teams using AI on real work. I'm Daniel Condell, an AI Strategist based in Alexandria and the founder of DGC Strategy. Together we choose where AI fits in your business, then I train your staff on it in person or online.

Teams across Central Louisiana can meet me in person. Businesses anywhere else in the state, or anywhere in the U.S., work with me online.

Where in Louisiana have you taught?

Louisiana schools and business groups have brought me in to teach and speak. I led a workshop at the LSUA AI Summit and taught for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center. I've also taught a class for Louisiana Central's Business Acceleration System, joined a student panel at Louisiana Christian University and spoken to the Rotary Club of Alexandria. Next up is an AI workshop for nonprofit staff with the Central Louisiana Community Foundation on Oct. 28, 2026.

Dates and topics for each session are on Talks and workshops. For Alexandria, Pineville and the rest of Central Louisiana, see AI training in Alexandria.

What does a project look like for a Louisiana team?

It starts with a 30-minute call about one problem. Maybe new hires take months to get up to speed. Maybe the same customer questions eat the front desk's afternoon.

Next, I learn how the work happens today, ideally by sitting with the people who do it. Together we pick one change and build the first version. Your team then trains on it using their own tasks, and I stay close while they start using it. The full method is on AI training for teams.

If you searched for an AI coach in Louisiana, this is the coaching part: a person working alongside you and your staff while the new way of working settles in.

Why does meeting in person help?

Some of the work goes faster in the room. I can watch how a task gets done and catch the step nobody wrote down.

New hires also hold back questions when everyone looks busy. Owners and staff I work with have said so. A trainer at the next desk gives them someone to ask.

What kinds of Louisiana businesses do you work with?

I work with owner-run businesses that have a team, and with solo owners who do every job themselves.

In my calls with Louisiana owners so far, the push to start has come from a few places. Someone on staff just left, or a class made AI feel possible. For others, it was a monthly vendor bill they wanted to stop paying.

Owners in accounting, dentistry and law can start with a page for their field: AI for CPA firms, AI for dental practices or AI for law firms. Ways to work together are on Work with Dan.

    Who is Daniel Condell?

I have a background in sales and marketing. In early 2024 I started working with ChatGPT, and I was hooked. I founded DGC Strategy in January 2026, after seeing how fast AI was closing the gap between big companies that could afford specialists and small businesses that couldn't. Home is Alexandria. My story is on About, and I write about AI tools on the blog.

    Questions Louisiana owners ask

Who offers AI training for business teams in Louisiana?

I'm Daniel Condell of DGC Strategy, an AI Strategist based in Alexandria. I train business teams in person in Central Louisiana and online anywhere in the U.S. We start with one problem in your business, and your staff learn AI on that work, using their own tasks.

Do we need AI strategy or AI training first?

Strategy comes first, and it can be short. I help you pick the one problem to start on and what a good result looks like. The training then happens on that problem, so your staff learn AI on their own tasks.

Will you come to our office?

Yes, anywhere in Central Louisiana. I'm based in Alexandria and can train your staff on site. Teams elsewhere work with me online.

Do you only work with Louisiana businesses?

No. I work with owners online anywhere in the U.S. Teams in Central Louisiana also have the option of meeting in person.
